​Onsted is offering an all day FREE Preschool for 4 year olds! Transportation will be provided to and from school. Breakfast, lunch and a snack are provided daily.  Follows Onsted Community Schools calendar.

Registration for New Students
If you have questions about our developmental kindergarten or kindergarten program or would like to register your child for any grade please call 517-467-7046 or stop in for a visit between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday-Friday. No appointment is needed.
Items needed to register:
birth certificate
immunization record
proof of residency (example would be a utility bill)

Please stop by and take a look at our Clifford stained glass. The piece of art was created by former high school art teacher, Jean Lash, in memory of Jo Anne Redding who taught at Onsted from 1960-1994.

Highlights of the District-Wide Dress Code
•  Clothing that exposes a bare midriff, cleavage, or bare shoulder is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to low-cut and plunging v-neck tops, tank tops, spaghetti straps, halter tops, and strapless tops.
•   All shorts, dresses, and skirts must come to at least mid-thigh. Acceptable shorts include Bermuda style or Capris.
•   Leggings, tights, dance, yoga pants, and tight fitting pants are allowed if worn with the appropriate length top or bottom.
•   Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times. Flip flops are dangerous on the playground and should not be worn. Please bring close-toed shoes for gym and recess. House slippers are not to be worn at school.
•   During winter months, students should wear warm, easily managed out clothing. Boots should be easily removable and stored in their locker. Snow pants are needed to play in the snow.
